REIKALAVIMAI
• experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) in aviation or manufacturing environments (ISO 9001, EN 9100); • hands-on experience with audits, compliance assurance, and non-conformance management; • ability to read and work with technical documentation (drawings, work instructions); • understanding of health & safety and risk management principles; • analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements (KPIs, data analysis); • strong collaboration and communication skills when working with teams and external stakeholders. Nice to have: • Experience in aviation or with painting / production processes Work location: Karmėlava, Kaunas district, Lithuania.
