Main activities and core responsibilities: Contract Administration process: monthly invoicing process coordination, contract modification process coordination, insurance renewals process, early and regular termination process management; Support in Contract Initiation process; Maintaining customer records; Cooperates with all relative departments within Volvo group, effectively supports the implementation of new processes.

Competences and skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work as part of a team; • Ability to prioritize work and organize the workload; • High level of accuracy and reliability; • Computer literacy and phone skills required; • Fluency in the local language and very good English.
