We are looking for a Crewing Manager who will be responsible for selection of seafarers, crew planning and operational functions of the crew, including all manning requirements of each individual vessel and seafarer. All of which being in compliance with the regulatory requirements. An ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in English, Russian, Lithuanian, verbal and writing, is able to work under pressure and have confirmations of crewing / manning experience.
