What will you do:
Handle Access System- and Process-related incidents and requests
Maintain Access Management System and Database according to internal policies
Monitor system performance for proper provisioning, maintenance and revocation of access
Keep access records accurate and audit-ready
Perform periodic access reviews and support audits
Contribute to improvements and testing of the access management process tool
Tightly collaborate with IT and HR departments
You are the perfect candidate if:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in IT access management area preferred
Knowledge of access control principles and best practices
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Familiarity with IT security standards and ticketing systems
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
Compensation:
Salary: 2400–2900 EUR gross per month, depending on candidate’s experience, competencies, and skills. Additional bonuses and benefits according to company policy.
