Corporate Communication Lead

Rimi Baltic is looking for a Corporate Communication Lead to drive internal and external communication across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

If You have:

• Higher education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;

• Solid experience in corporate communications or public relations;

• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communication and crisis communication plans;

• Proficiency in developing content for multiple channels, such as press releases, social media, websites, intranet, videos, and corporate presentations;

• Understanding of digital communication channels, social media, and communication analytics;

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages;

• Experience working in an international or matrix organization is considered an advantage.

We will entrust You:

• Developing and implementing Baltic-wide internal and external communication strategies;

• Managing corporate reputation, public relations, and media communication activities;

• Leading crisis communication and reputation risk management initiatives;

• Supporting leadership communication and key corporate messaging;

• Managing Baltic communication channels, including Worknet, web and social media platforms;

• Planning and executing communication campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement activities;

• Creating communication content for employees, media, and external stakeholders;

• Monitoring communication performance and identifying improvement opportunities;

• Collaborating with local communication teams, business stakeholders, and external partners;

• Managing communication budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation.

Compensation:

Salary 4000 - 4500 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
