If You Have:

• Ongoing or completed higher education studies in Economics or a related field;

• Experience in retail, purchasing/procurement, marketing, or a similar field (preferred);

• Very good Lithuanian and English language skills;

• Very good computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint);

• Accuracy, logical thinking, and analytical skills;

• Strong communication skills;

• Ability to independently plan and organize your work, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• High sense of responsibility and discipline, with the ability to meet deadlines;

• A proactive approach to work, including the ability to promptly communicate issues, risks, or potential delays and propose solutions;

• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve the quality of your work.

We Will Entrust You To:

• Prepare, verify, and maintain supplier, product, and pricing data, as well as communicate with company employees and suppliers;

• Prepare and analyze data according to managers’ instructions;

• Maintain various administrative processes within the department;

• Ensure information exchange with other departments in accordance with internal procedures;

• Plan and organize assigned tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities;

• Inform your manager in a timely manner about work progress, uncertainties, or potential delays;

• Independently monitor the execution of assigned tasks, seek assistance when needed, and propose solutions;

• Ensure data accuracy by carefully reviewing entered and updated information.

Compensation:

Salary: 1600–1950 EUR gross per month, depending on candidate’s experience, competencies, and skills. Additional benefits according to company policy.
