Category Manager (temporary position)

If you have:

• University degree in economics, business management or other similar field

• At least 2 years’ experience in in Category Management, Sourcing or Buying

• Strong leadership and change management skills

• Experience working in the matrix, cross country & different cultures will be considered as an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, structured and organized way of working

• Focused and results oriented personality with high working capacity

• Very good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience working with SAP system (an advantage)

• Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English language skills (at least on B2 level)

We will entrust You:

• Create, develop and implement category strategy in Baltic countries

• Develop category business plans to meet sales and margin targets for category group

• Negotiate with suppliers

• Monitor category sales, margins and stocks, follow-up budget fulfillment Control

• Analyze market data, latest trends and novelties in the industry

• Ensure optimal sourcing for category group complying with company quality requirements

• Carry out presentations of strategy, campaigns, assortment and merchandising solutions

• Ensure an accurate and up-to-date administration of products, smooth buying and supply process in cooperation with supply chain
