  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central Administrator Location: On-line (Availability to support the team in regular CET/CEST working hours) Who we are looking for? We are looking for a candidate to fill in the role of: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator Online supporting the teams located in Norway, Serbia and Lithuania. Our requirements Qualifications  University degree in Computer Science, Technology or Engineering or alternative to those  At least a 5-year demonstrated experience in system implementation management and administration  Excellent knowledge of system security, up to date on the OWASP guidelines  Proven experience in user setup and training  Proven experience in QA related tasks with track record of successful projects in this role  Experience in performing complex problem solving and root cause analysis  Experience in creating reports and implementing Power BI  Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must  Expertise in finding/recommending an IT solution to streamline documents and workflow and company operations  Experience in Project Management  Microsoft Certification would be considered as an advantage  (Nice to have) Good understanding of technical and/or construction project workflows.  (Nice to have) Advanced knowledge of in MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, etc. Desired Soft Skills  Comfortable in working in international and multicultural environment  Good team player  Problem solving attitude  Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams  Good written and verbal communications skills  Ability to acquire knowledge independently  Reliable and meticulous  Good organization skills – ability to plan on project level and escalate according to set milestones  Strong stakeholder management skills  Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment You will be responsible for  Evaluation of the implemented modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system versus the current needs of organization in regards of the system functions, operations and reporting  Providing recommendations and adjusting the system configuration (if needed) according to the agreed guidance from the management board  Insure proper user access rights  Act as FLS for team members  Supporting test/QA team  Planning the implementation of open stages of purchased modules implementation as well as the new modules  Performing software updates and providing training and reports on new features  Holding introductory trainings for new users  Ensuring business partners' imported data is correct  Analyzing issues, providing and proposing solutions, finding workarounds  Data backup management  Providing advice on latest security trends, weaknesses and improvements  Leading and managing external IT contractors in case they are needed on the project  Keeping the privileged information confidential What do we offer  Flexible employment / cooperation  Work in dynamic, international environment  Online work (must be available during regular CET/CEST working hours Period of cooperation 3 months trial period with a goal to provide the support to this project for the period of at least 12 months If you think you are a good fit for this role, please send us your resume at: [email protected] Norwegian Telecom AS will use the provided personal data only in order to determine the skillset and experience required for the position and not for any other purpose whatsoever.
