REIKALAVIMAI
• experience in construction projects and strong site coordination skills; • the ability to make decisions independently and coordinate daily site operations; • experience managing subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and work progress; • the ability to monitor construction quality and ensure defects are rectified; • the ability to track project schedules, compare planned vs. actual progress, and control project scope; • German – C1 level; good written and spoken English; • construction technician qualification or equivalent; • MS Project skills and a Category B driving licence; • knowledge of Lithuanian construction processes; Lithuanian construction certification and military-sector experience are an advantage.
