  • LTP Group are looking for a Project Manager in a newly defined position to play a pivotal role building on the 2 new ERP platforms (Navision and Infor M3/PLM) and further develop of supportive solutions and processes to the benefit of the business. The successful candidate will establish strong relationships at all levels of the organization to ensure efficiency in implementing changes and driving improvements through projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual to deal with constantly changing demands in different environments and able to adapt and to appreciate the differences. • Drive change processes as the project manager or as a member of the project management team • Navigate and deliver progress in an environment without immediate line control • Drive projects with external vendors • Provide insight into digital solutions and applications when optimizing value streams • Facilitate process workshops in corporation with users and process owners • Assess the right digital tools and help implement them in company day-to-day business • Optimize use of different data sources, e.g. ERP platforms, data warehouses, external data systems, etc. • Examples of projects and processes you will be involved in: o Implementation of ERP platform in LTP Vietnam o Implementation of Warehouse management o Planning in manufacturing o Intranet compliance across LTP o Automation of administrative processes

Requirements

Requirements • 3+ years’ experience in project management in manufacturing • University degree in engineering or business administration (or equivalent) • Certified Project manager • Proven experience in process improvement by leading, planning and scoping projects • Proven experience in business-driven projects utilizing new technologies • Have a solid process methodology toolbox in project management • Solid technical knowledge in optimizing use of different data sources • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to collaborate cross functional, having the capability to oversee the complete process • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills and a strong communicator as well • Fluent spoken and written English Preferred: • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualification is an asset • Project management experience in supply chain Personal Profile • Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity and eagerness to build on the vision of LTP • Excellent people skills and a wish to see projects through to completion • Promote open, diplomatic and constructive approach • Understand the importance of knowledge of the organization culture and structure
