Main Purpose of the Role LTP Group is looking for Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist who are passionate about developing a highly data driven base for decisions and to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. You will be partnering with the group’s executives and management to develop models and tools to drive further growth and efficiency. The position will be responsible for supporting business development, sales management processes, advanced analytics and insights, financial modelling, strategic planning and production optimization. Main Responsibilities • Translate business needs to technical specifications • Design, build and deploy BI solutions • Evaluate and improve existing BI solutions • Collaborate with teams to integrate BI solutions • Development on Microsoft BI stack, SQL server, Power BI, Application Studio • Optimize use of different data sources, e.g. ERP platforms, data warehouses, external data systems, etc. • Facilitate process workshops in corporation with users and process owners

Requirements
Requirements • 3+ years’ experience with BI & Analytics; • Master degree in Computer Science or Data Management (or equivalent); • Advanced MS Excel skills; • Strong knowledge of BI tools and data engineering practices, e.g. building automated data, experience with ETL concepts; • Hands-on experience of data analysis and reporting; • Solid technical knowledge in optimizing use of different data sources; • Structured approach to management of data and analysis; • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; • Fluent spoken and written English Personal Profile • High degree of responsibility, an open mindset; • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills and a strong communicator as well; • Enthusiasm, positivity and eagerness to build on the vision of LTP • Excellent people skills and a wish to see projects through to completion • Promoting open, diplomatic and constructive approach • Understanding the importance of knowledge of the organization culture and structure
