What you will do: Take care of a full hiring process – from posting a job ad to onboarding: ✈ Proactively source and identify active and passive technical professionals through various sourcing engines ✈ Actively work with managers to develop requirements and needs and prepare a hiring plan ✈ Screen, interview and evaluate candidates ✈ Recruit individual employees or groups of specific positions ✈ Make sure all necessary documentation of a new hire is prepared, filled and stored accordingly ✈ Build and maintain communication with skilled candidates in the industry ✈ Collaborate with foreign staffing agencies and take care of contractors' hiring process

Requirements
✈ At least 1 year experience in recruitment or other HR role ✈ Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools ✈ Strong organizational skills ✈ The ability to work on own initiative ✈ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✈ Excellent English skills (written and verbal) ✈ Educational degree in HR, psychology or related field would be an advantage
About the Company
Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanair's technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced simultaneously in our two hangars. KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely. Currently, there are over 200 aviation specialists in KAMS and we want an enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to help us build an even bigger and stronger team!
