Requirements
- Experience in banking/ finance business, in credit & risk analyst function - Strong analytical skills with ability to grasp the mechanics of various finance products - Experience in credit risk model development and/ or validation - University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics - Ability to work with cross functional teams, dive deep into the details, and at the same time, be able to communicate key metrics to the management - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point - Fluent in Lithuanian - Advanced in English
