Is it you? Head Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, values and experience that follow: • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in kitchen operations; • Experience in creating and writing outlet food concepts and menus; • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service; • Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions; • Ability to work under pressure; • Knowledge of computers and technical training techniques; • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; • Strong organizational, planning and analytic skills.
