Strategic HR Business Partner (Fixed-term contract)

  • Seeking experienced HR professional with passion for innovating and driving continuous improvements in solutions creating a sense of growth and high level of engagement organization wide. This passion will be applied in a Strategic HR Business partner position in our Employee Experience Lithuania Team.

    To be successful in this role: 

    • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in partnering with leaders at all levels to help deliver strategic people initiatives that positively impact business results. 

    • You have gained a deep understanding of people’s operations and total rewards areas.  

    • You have at least one successful assignment as an HR Business Partner or a comparable role, enabling you to see different HR deliveries as part of holistic employee outcomes. 

    • You have a track record of initiative and leading change, as this job is not about maintaining the status quo. 

    • You have an excellent command of English, allowing you to confidently communicate and cooperate with team members and value receivers. Your exceptional communication skills ensure effective collaboration and seamless coordination in cross-cultural/locations and with value receivers in all Baltic countries. 

    • You have the ability to effectively prioritize different stakeholders and needs, identifying and addressing the most important tasks, projects, or issues. 

    • Understanding of AI-powered tools and their application in HR and business processes, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to support decision making and improve organizational effectiveness.

    Compensation:

    Salary 4000 - 5000 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
