If You have:
University degree in an architecture, interior design or similar.
Good skills using AutoCAD.
Strong personality with structured mind-set, you keep deadlines and are punctual.
Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian language.
Very good skills using MS Office programs.
Driving licence.
Knowledge or experience about designing retail locations (advantage).
Good skills using 3D design programs (advantage).
We will entrust You:
Create interior (architectural, technology, etc.) and exterior store layouts according to concepts and internal/external regulation standards for new and remodelling stores.
Provide sketches for land plots and ideas for shopping centers.
Develop projects with external architects, secure store concepts and constructional standards.
Be responsible for the project successful development according Rimi standards.
Support the project during development and construction process.
Compensation:
Salary 2600 - 2750 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
