Scheduling Specialist

If you have:

• Higher education (preferred).
• Interest in operational work and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (preferably advanced in MS Excel).
• Lithuanian language and good written/oral communication skills in English.
• Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, strong attention to details and follow up skills.
• Previous experience in work with Kronos system is advantage.
• Ability to travel within Baltic States.

We will entrust you to:

• Provide Kronos support and training for end-users.
• Be responsible for providing staff scheduling procedures and guidelines for store management team.
• Create and update Kronos instructions.
• Identify possible improvements in the store planning process through close collaboration with regional and store managers.
• Monitor all information regarding scheduling process changes.
• Create necessary reports for store and regional managers.
• Participate in Kronos solution development and testing.  

Compensation:

• Salary 1784 – 2150 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
