Retail Media Sales Specialist (fixed term contract)

If you have:

• Previous experience in sales, media sales, media account management (ideally within media agencies, media companies, or FMCG)

• Understanding of media management, advertising, and in‑store marketing

• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with advertisers and agencies

• Solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines

• An analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement, data-driven insights, and performance reporting

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve defined targets

• Very good Lithuanian and English language skills

• A higher education degree in business management or a related field (considered an advantage)

We will entrust You:

• Selling Rimi retail media solutions to brands and media agencies

• Identifying new revenue opportunities and converting potential clients into long-term partners

• Acting as the main point of contact between the advertising network, brands, advertisers, and media agencies—both daily and throughout campaigns

• Developing the Rimi advertising platform by recommending, implementing, and testing new solutions
