Recruitment and Employer Branding Lead

    To be SUCCESSFUL in this role: 

    • At least 3 years of experience in managing diverse employer branding campaigns and recruitment challenges with deeper expertise in at least one of the recruitment areas

    • Proven ability to engage with and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders. You will work with skilled HR and business leaders and teams in all Baltic states. Moreover, you will work with a diverse group of exciting external partners such as our technology vendors, NGOs and state institutions 

    • Proven ability in leading and supporting international teams. You will manage a team of 10 attraction and recruitment talents in Baltics and will become a part of our Employee Experience leadership team. 

    • A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. There will be plenty of tactical challenges that will require your skills to solve, but you will also set the strategic direction for our Employer Brand and recruitment infrastructure development. 

    • Understanding of AI-powered tools and their application in HR and business processes, with the ability to leverage datadriven insights to support decisionmaking and improve organizational effectiveness. 

    • You have a track record of initiative and leading change, as this job is not about maintaining the status quo.

    Compensation:

    Salary 4000 - 5000 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
