If you have:
Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field
At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management
Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management
Ability to work independently, very good communication and interpersonal skills
Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done
Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems
Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage).
Fluency in English and Lithuanian
We will entrust You:
Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories
Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy
Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target
Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories
Manage marketing service income according to the target
Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories
Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility
