Fire Safety Specialist

If you:

• Have a higher or vocational education and the certificates or qualifications required in the field of fire safety;

• Have experience and a strong understanding of fire safety legislation, standards and prevention principles;

• Have experience working with fire safety systems, documentation, audits, or facility supervision;

• Are able to assess risks and propose practical risk management solutions;

• Are organized, responsible and able to plan your work independently;

• Can collaborate effectively with different teams, suppliers and authorities;

• Have good command of Lithuanian and English;

• A valid Category B driving licence.

We will entrust you with:

• Ensuring the implementation of fire safety requirements in Rimi stores, offices, production and logistics facilities;

• Assessing fire safety risks, identifying potential hazards, and proposing preventive measures;

• Maintaining fire safety documentation, coordinating inspections and audits and ensuring compliance with legal requirements;

• Cooperating with service providers and coordinating the maintenance of fire detection, fire suppression and other fire safety systems;

• Participating in the evaluation of new facilities, store renovations and premises layout solutions from a fire safety perspective;

• Organizing fire safety training sessions and evacuation drills for employees;

• Participating in incident investigations and contributing to the implementation of preventive actions;

• Cooperating with internal teams, partners, and relevant authorities to ensure effective and practical safety solutions.

Compensation

Salary for this position is 2500 - 3800 EUR gross per month. The salary will depend on the candidate’s competencies, experience, and skills relevant to the position.
