IT Supply Chain Demand Management Specialist

If you have:

• Previous working experience in supply chain, knowledgeable about demand management OR experience in SAP operational support role
• Degree in business/economics/logistics/information technology or other related field
• Soft skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure
• Language skills: Fluent in English, local language is a strong competitive advantage
• Readiness to occasionally travel within the Baltic region and work from Vilnius, Riga, or Tallinn office
• Solid knowledge of SAP F&R, SAP CAR (UDF, RPL) is a strong competitive advantage.

We will entrust You:

• IT Stream solution implementation, maintenance and documentation: ensuring proper solution, analysing opportunities for system optimization and development, acting as point of contact for changes and business request, preparing functional and technical system documentation, ensuring solution related processes are documented;
• Key-users support and problem solving: serving as second point of contact, responsible for submitting, follow up and solving escalated solution related incidents, escalating and following up more complex problems;
• System customizing tasks: making changes to the system customization according to the existing procedures;
• IT Stream solution development: supporting developers in technical implementation process, participating in the testing of new developments, identifying and developing appropriate testing documents, recording and reporting test results, reviewing business requirements and developing functional requirements, analysing and suggesting areas for improvement; participating in development projects;
• User manuals: creating and maintaining system user manuals (in English and local languages) on demand;
