We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Automation & Monitoring Engineerto enhance system automation, improve monitoring, and optimize IT operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation (AWX, Katello) and monitoring (Zabbix) platforms.
- Automation of server lifecycle management and maintenance.
- Configure monitoring of systems and set up alerting automation.
- Implement security baselines and compliance automation (CIS, NIST, internal standards).
- Act as the main contact for automation and monitoring initiatives.
- Aligning automation strategies with business needs, including alert handling, security setup, and server maintenance.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience in IT infrastructure.
Technical Skills:
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, JSON) with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.
- Readiness to take over and develop automation expertise from external vendors.
Additional Information:
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Travel within the Baltic States may be required.
