    If You have:

    • Higher education and at least 3 years' experience in HR.
    • Ability to influence others through various HR practices and approaches.
    • Experience in partnering managers, work with different teams.
    • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting timelines.
    • Ability to network, influence, motivate and cooperate with colleagues, managers and external partners.
    • Proactive, positive mindset and excellent communication, facilitation skills.
    • Managerial skills working with the teams.
    • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

    We will entrust You:

    • Provide HR advice and support on strategic and operational HR matters to assigned business units.
    • Build strong and trustful collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Communicate and present new concepts/projects to management teams.
    • Ensure leadership and other skills development in organization.
    • Effectively collaborate with diverse teams, connect professionally, and gain trust and credibility with different levels of professionals across the organization.
    • Support and challenge managers on people matter and learning needs to achieve business results.
    • Lead change management projects and consult in implementing organizational changes.
    • Build strong and effective partnerships within own department, across other functions in Rimi Lithuania and across countries in Baltics.
    • Work closely with attraction and recruitment specialists to ensure hiring needs in organisation.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports our values and mission.

    Compensation:

    • Salary 3000 – 4200 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
    • Mobile phone and fully funded telecommunications services.
    • Additional health insurance (after 3 months).
    • Additional payments/gifts in different occasions (childbirth, work anniversaries, graduations etc.).
