• Handling credit report enquiries from consumers via telephone ensuring that all TransUnion processes and institutional guidelines are followed • Assisting callers with fraud prevention measures and providing advice • Logging disputes against credit data and assisting with queries about updates and final outcomes • Working collaboratively with the team to identify trends and undertake root cause analysis, leading to process improvement

Requirements
• C1 written and verbal skills in English and/or B2-C1 in French • Experience of working in a call centre or other customer service environment • Ability to work on 15:30 – 24:00, since you will be communicating with Canadian customers daily • Good understanding of the banking or credit referencing industry would be a strong advantage The contract is concluded for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of signing a long-term contract
