About the position: • Build Meta and Google Ads strategies, launch campaigns, and optimize them. • Define and prioritize how to advertise most profitably and achieve the highest ROI. • Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most effective results. • Perform analysis, management, and optimization of Google and Meta Ads to reach the desired results. • Create advertising content, including banners and ad copy. • Monitor campaigns KPIs, identify changes, and initiate actions needed to address them. • Work with different campaign types: from Meta catalogs to Messenger, Lead generation, Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns. What we expect from you: • 2+ years of successful work in the field of digital advertising. • Understanding and experience with Google and Meta Ads. • Analytical thinking to assess campaign results, experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Fluent in Lithuanian and good understanding of English. • Teamwork skills and results-oriented approach. • Passion to learn and grow, stay positive, motivated, and be creative. • Strong ownership and decision-making skills. • Confidence in making suggestions on how to optimize campaigns for the maximum results. • Ability to multitask, excellent time management, and attention to details. • Have no fear of failing, testing new ideas, and scaling campaigns. • Have a great ability to prioritize work, take initiative, and be enthusiastic. It would be a plus: • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Programmatic advertising and local online media experience.
