What you will be doing: - Participate in day-to-day debt collection management operations - Participate in workshops with stakeholder and provide recommendations for different debt collection management processes improvements - Manage requests by assessing needs, securing all necessary details, keeping the quality and meeting deadlines - Support new system‘s implementation and testing - Manage administrative tasks

Requirements
- Very good English language skills (both oral and written) - Willingness and speed learning new skills - Debt collection knowledge and experience in Shared Service Center operations would be a plus - Ability to work in a team and also under limited supervision - Proactive approach in driving process improvements - Strong work ethics
