What you will be doing: - Ensure smooth running of invoicing and payments operations that support different Intrum Group entities - Create an engaged and team oriented work force in order to support the operational process and meet the targets - Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include interviewing, hiring, coaching, motivating, managing and developing employees etc. - Develop, support and continuously review stakeholder engagement and management - Prepare and maintain different reports and statistics

Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and/or experience in accountancy - Experience in a service center would be an advantage - Experience in managing and leading teams - Ability to quickly understand relevant systems, processes, and procedures - Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a changing environment - Very good English language (oral and written) - A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
