It is a program that offers employees a chance to get both financial knowledge and support from experienced specialists. The Finance Academy combines two different approaches: - Classroom trainings on accounting basics, including accounts payables/ receivables; fixed asset; financial reporting etc. - Hands-on experience on daily accounting procedures and new assignments followed by ongoing support and mentorship. After successful learning experience you will be prepared to support global finance unit and produce high quality outputs

Requirements
If you find yourself comfortable in a fast changing environment as well as in instruction based processes and you excel in everything you do so we definitely have much in common! Education and/or experience in finance area is not required but would be an advantage and would accelerate your onboarding.
