- Act as a main resource for reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction; - Respond to all guest reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times; - Answer guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions etc; - Assists and prepare in groups pre-arrival process and also preparing group rooming lists; - Verify if each reservation requests are processed as per the hotel standards and without delay; - Process retentions, no-show and cancellations as per the hotel policy and procedures; - Manage reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling and recommendations from revenue management systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a hotel reservation; - Excellent understanding of customer service; - Financial awareness; - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Good time management and organisation skills; - Advanced MS Office knowledge; - Accountable and resilient; - Fluency in Latvian; very good knowledge of English.

Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town is the very first Hilton World Wide hotel in Latvia's capital Riga. Hotel is located in the center of Riga's historic old town. The site of the hotel is almost adjacent to the city's most famous building, known as the House of Blackheads, which is a popular meeting and concert venue as well as the current official residence of the Latvian President. Both the historic 15th century St Peters Church and the banks of the Daugava River are only a short walk away. The hotel building has 5 floors, spacious 100 rooms (at the initial phase) and it will have 175 rooms in the following year, 95 sq. m. meeting space, open, inviting lobby, "Beef Room“ Restaurant & Bar, 24h Shop, free self-laundry service, fitness center and the underground parking.
