Requirements
- Experience in similar HR role with a proven track record - Experience in dealing with payroll data and system - Fluency in Latvian and English is a must, while Russian will be an additional asset - Positive attitude and good communication skills - Commitment to deliver a high level of customer service - Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations - Accountability and resilience
About the Company
Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town is the very first Hilton World Wide hotel in Latvia's capital Riga. Hotel is located in the center of Riga's historic old town. The site of the hotel is almost adjacent to the city's most famous building, known as the House of Blackheads, which is a popular meeting and concert venue as well as the current official residence of the Latvian President.
