Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions. Recruit, manage, train and develop kitchen team. Ensure that monthly working schedules are made and maintained in accordance with local legislation. Develop positive relations with guests, team members, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in kitchen operations (previous head chef or sous chef position); - Experience in creating food concepts and menus; - A passion to deliver an exceptional guest service; - Ability to judge and evaluate situations and make timely decisions; - Ability to work under pressure; - Knowledge of Materials management system; - Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; - Strong organizational, planning and analytic skills.

Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town is the very first Hilton World Wide hotel in Latvia's capital Riga. Hotel is located in the center of Riga's historic old town. The site of the hotel is almost adjacent to the city's most famous building, known as the House of Blackheads, which is a popular meeting and concert venue as well as the current official residence of the Latvian President. Both the historic 15th century St Peters Church and the banks of the Daugava River are only a short walk away. The hotel building has 5 floors, spacious 100 rooms (at the initial phase) and it will have 175 rooms in the following year, 95 sq. m. meeting space, open, inviting lobby, "Beef Room“ Restaurant & Bar, 24h Shop, free self-laundry service, fitness center and the underground parking.
