Requirements
- Significant management experience in a hotel front office - High level of commercial awareness - Experience of managing and developing people - Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team and achieve high level of performance and quality - Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - Ability to work under pressure with own initiative - Excellent grooming standards - Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations - Fluency in Latvian and English is a must, while Russian will be an additional asset

Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town is the very first Hilton World Wide hotel in Latvia's capital Riga. Hotel is located in the center of Riga's historic old town. The site of the hotel is almost adjacent to the city's most famous building, known as the House of Blackheads, which is a popular meeting and concert venue as well as the current official residence of the Latvian President. Both the historic 15th century St Peters Church and the banks of the Daugava River are only a short walk away.
