Customer support / sales manager (AOG service)

  • - Communicate with customers (mainly worldwide Airlines) and suppliers, providing necessary information on time; - Answer and respond to customer calls and messages; - Prepare proposals and sell products to customers; - Support customers for needed parts; - Organize logistics and negotiate with suppliers

- University (or equivalent) degree; - Experience in sales or customer service area; - Good English skills (Russian skills would be an advantage); - Work on shift basis (night and day shifts / schedule prepared in advance); - Quick problem solving and result orientation; - Negotiation skills.
