• Handling of input data for payroll, manual support, files, etc. • Control and management of new and changed master data. • Manual checks and corrections in the payroll process. • Participation in establishing / modifying routine descriptions. • Completion all activities in timely manner and in accordance with the SLA’s and tracking of the necessary data as required. • Identifying areas of process improvements. • Creation and maintaining training materials and performing training on payroll related topics.

• Good English and Swedish language skills (B1 and upper level). • Payroll knowledge required. • Experience of work at Shared Service Center is an advantage. • Accuracy, structure, orientation to details. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to solve issues. • Internationally oriented. • Team player approach. • Pro-active attitude.
