Nature of work Clearcrest Inc. UAB is looking for a talented and motivated marketing specialist to join our team. We have a lot of space to implement new ideas and we are looking for a team member who is not afraid to innovate, try new ways to reach the target audience, create marketing campaigns and initiatives, but is also ready to take responsibility and make decisions. The marketing specialist would work with the client’s of the crypto exchange platform. If you are creative, have experience in the field of marketing, excellent communication skills and want to contribute to our growth, we are waiting for your application! Main Responsibilities Creation and coordination of various marketing initiatives. Development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Creation of advertising materials. Creation and implementation of digital marketing omni-channel and multi-channel campaigns. Management of social network accounts and other platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, MeetUp, etc.); Preparation of visual materials for social networks, presentations, reports, etc.; Carrying out procurement or other administrative procedures related to direct activities, organizing the signing of contracts and ensuring their execution; Preparation of reports related to the field of activity. Cooperation with colleagues from different departments.

Requirements
You have sufficient work experience to be able to immerse yourself in work (at least 2 years); You are a communicative, proactive, creative and responsible person, you are able to independently analyze and solve complex professional tasks; You are interested in the latest communication and marketing trends, you apply the latest and best practices in your activities; You are able to create and convey creative ideas through graphic means and to implement them practically; You have experience in managing social networks; You write and speak flawlessly in Lithuanian and English; You have a sense of aesthetics and are attentive to details; You are able to independently plan and organize activities; You have experience in creating effective visual materials, such as social media. visuals of network posts, presentations, various layouts for the press, design of reports (a big advantage). You know about digital marketing channels. You are able to work in a team and independently. You have good computer literacy skills.
