You will be Caption’s representative on the client’s side, as well as representing the client to your team. You will work with clients’ accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok among others. Monthly communication plans would be supplemented by performance, employer branding and image campaigns, the execution of which would lay upon you to ensure by delegating tasks accordingly. You have to live with client’s problems and work on solutions to excel at this position. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, passionate and driven to succeed. Your main responsibilities will be to: Debrief, empathise, and seek to understand client’s needs, wants and expectations. Manage communication between all parties involved. Give clear instructions for the team and schedule your and their time accordingly. This includes creatives, designers, ads managers and assistants. Ensure the desired results and report them to clients. Seek for possibilities to proactively offer services and ideas that would benefit the client’s goal. Qualifications: Excited by the idea of working across many issues, managing multiple projects simultaneously and exceeding clients’ expectations. Client-facing and internal communication skills. Acute attention to detail. Strong ability to write clearly, concisely, and logically. Ability to prioritize your time to meet deadlines for multiple projects, analyze and optimize results based on short and long term objectives Thoughtfulness, empathy, and self awareness. You go out of your way to help others and look out for your colleagues. At least some basic knowledge of Facebook Ads. Requirements: Ability to work full-time 2+ years of experience in project management C1+ English and Lithuanian
