  • You will be working on: • resolve IT incidents and requests related to computers, our systems, software, and mobile devices; • issuing and retrieving equipment (computers, phones) to/from employees; • providing insights on possible improvements based on processes and issues that users have; • maintenance and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; • testing new features and validating them while collaborating with developers; • communication with suppliers.

REIKALAVIMAI

Minimum qualifications:   • advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Windows; • analytical mind, problem-solving skills; • education in the field of information technology/computer science (final-year students are welcome); • fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1); • responsibility, ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. Preferred qualifications:   • SQL and/or Power BI experience.
